16/11/20: We are waiting for the TV cameras to arrive. Freeform Productions are the company behind the hit Channel 4 TV show A Place in the Sun and today they are bringing a couple of prospective purchasers to the Lola Bungalow opposite us. This 2 bed; 1 bath is currently For Sale for €99,950
The property is a short walk from Villamartin Plaza and el Galan in the other direction. Its very much a residential area, its certainly not party central! As well as being a short drive to the beach, this area has a choice of 3 golf courses on the doorstep, together with loads more in the surrounding area.

2020 wasn't a normal year by any stretch, the Covid19 virus has changed everything this year.
We had holiday plans, back to the UK; over to the States as well as touring around Spain in the motorhome, but clearly the virus put those plans on hold.
Of course, we are not alone, it's not just holidays that are on hold. Some people will still be thinking about making the move to Spain and as soon as the infection rates have reduced they will be on the next flight over.
In the last couple of months, there have still been people looking to buy here on the Costa Blanca and there is a lot of property to chose from at the moment. There is no reason to think this will change as we head into 2021. If anything 2021 could prove to be a bit of a bumper year.
All those plans that were put on hold in 2020 could come to fruition at the same time.
